People
For over 30 years, Jeremy has lived and breathed property. He’s a specialist in project management, master planning and strategic advice in multiple industries. His experience encompasses commercial, industrial and large-scale residential developments and turn-key solutions for owner-occupiers and tenants, including the leasing, management, subdivision and rent-to-buy sale of over 70 social houses in Auckland. In previous roles, Jeremy managed residential commercial and industrial assets for local and central government and private investors. More recently, he’s led the financial management of RAWA’s development projects.
Karla brings 20 years’ experience in project management and business operations to her role at RAWA. She’s worked in fit-out, refurbishment and construction projects ranging from $50k to $20m. Recently, she helped establish a Build to Rent company in Auckland, helping the property management team develop resident handbooks, establish tenancy agreements, and screen tenants for 70 properties. She also supports them in day-to-day property management using various software systems.
Wayne has been with RAWA since 2013, bringing vast experience in property management and construction. He has managed the design and delivery of many successful commercial and residential projects throughout New Zealand. During this time, Wayne has built strong relationships with key consultants and contractors in the industry, giving RAWA’s clients quick access to technical support and specialist skills.
Glen draws on his 25 years in project and development management to take RAWA’s projects from concept to completion. He understands the client perspective, having spent eight years developing large infill shopping centres around the country. He’s also managed large-scale residential and land development including private plan change. Glen's most notable project for RAWA is the recently completed development projects in Glen Innes.
With a diverse hotel management and events background, Casey brings a breadth of expertise and a unique blend of skills and experience to RAWA. More recently, she has focused on property management and New Zealand’s rapidly growing Build to Rent sector. Her unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering positive relationships between residents and stakeholders has made her a trusted name in the industry.
