In the heart of Glen Innes, the development includes a broad mix of homes, from one-bedroom units to larger four and five-bedroom houses. With a leafy community park, social and affordable housing sits alongside homes sold on the open market, creating a vibrant and diverse community.
This widely praised micro-neighbourhood has become a flagship development for the Tāmaki Regeneration Company.
