With over 30 years in property, Jeremy specialises in property investment strategies, site acquisition, and long-term asset optimisation. He works closely with clients to identify high-value opportunities, unlock development potential, and build sustainable, future-ready portfolios. As a key decision-maker in RAWA, Jeremy's hands-on approach ensures clients have direct access to his senior expertise. His experience spans commercial, industrial and residential development, from sourcing land and structuring investment strategies to guiding master planning, feasibility and financial management. Jeremy helps clients make informed decisions, mitigate risk, and maximise returns - ensuring every property decision contributes to their long-term success.
Jess has over 20 years’ experience in the property and construction industry, spanning both commercial and residential sectors. At RAWA, Jess plays a key role across the business — supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating internal priorities, and contributing to project delivery and marketing. She has led the marketing for several multi-residential developments in Auckland, delivering targeted campaigns to reach prospective buyers.
Since joining RAWA in 2012, Wayne has been instrumental in managing the design and delivery of commercial and residential projects across New Zealand. With deep expertise in project management and construction, he ensures projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. Wayne's strong industry relationships with consultants, contractors, and technical specialists give RAWA's clients seamless access to the expertise needed to navigate complex developments. His hands-on approach ensures that every project benefits from proactive problem-solving, cost control, and strategic execution.
Glen draws on his 25 years in project and development management to take RAWA’s projects from concept to completion. He understands the client perspective, having spent eight years developing large infill shopping centres around the country. He’s also managed large-scale residential and land development including private plan changes. Glen's most notable project for RAWA is the recently completed development projects in Glen Innes.
