Overview of housing development in Auckland

Solving property problems since 2007

Since the beginning, RAWA has delivered flexible, direct access to senior advisers that helps clients acquire, reposition or repurpose property assets. Our experts advise on, acquire, reposition or re-purpose property assets, underpinned by a deep sense of responsibility to help shape a better future for businesses and communities.

Building for tomorrow

We care about the environments we create, helping solve Auckland’s building issues, not adding to them. We focus on repurposing existing properties, infill and brownfield development, with homes and premises that are high-quality, affordable, warm and healthy.

People first

We have a proud record as a catalyst for positive change. As part of any complex urban regeneration project, we work closely with residents, community organisations and businesses to encourage greater engagement and a sense of belonging and ownership. Our long-term residential rental projects give New Zealanders more choices in safer, affordable and vibrant communities.
