A complex design and build executed smoothly

When Southern Autos needed a new showroom, workshop, wash bay and forecourt, it turned to RAWA to deliver this complex and strategically important project.

RAWA began by securing Southern Autos’ new property, negotiating the sale and purchase agreement, and exiting the existing tenant.

The existing showroom needed remodelling and a new workshop and wash bay added. We also extended the yard with substantial retaining walls and groundwork. Because the site was an ex-petrol station, a new level of soil investigations and site measures had to be undertaken. The construction was carried out near residential neighbours without complaint while the dealership continued its basic operations.
