Creating Communities is a group of some of Auckland’s most experienced developers dedicated to rejuvenating Glen Innes. RAWA was tasked with making the most of a site that was being underused – right next to the Wai o Taiki Nature Reserve and overlooking the bay. This remarkable collection of two to five-bedroom homes is spread over three distinct zones, some boasting sea views.
